| hmm at first b/c u are still beginner try to find renders and dont use images....this image has low quality,also the text must be way smaller and put it as near as possible on at your focal point(render's face),add some depth..
Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+E (New Layer With Apply Image) take your blur tool(under the paint bucket tool) and blur arround your render,then take Burn Tool(its a hand icon placed under Blur Tool) and brush arround your render Attention:not on the render arround it,then take your dodge tool, its in the same option as Burn tool just right click on burn tool and choose it ,and BRUSH YOUR RENDER so it stands out more then add text and border by making new Layer-->Ctrl+A--->Edit--->Stroke---->deal with the settings so u ll like it....and done...ill make a tutorial when ill have time... | |
