Help! Game won't run in Windows 7 64-bit

Hi,

Some help needed please.
The game won't run. it loads the window (changes my desktop to 16-bit & removes aero) and then nothing... I hear no sound and nothing shows. when i close it desktop colors return to normal.

Found that if i set the game to run in 256 colors it works... but its really crappy looking.

Anyone know how to get this run correctly?

OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Update: Nevermind... Google was my friend... Unlike you guys Sad

Just go to properties and check the box "Disable Desktop Composition".
