well i think Change of heart is 10 times stronger than Brain Control, after all they both take opponent's monster but change of heart is free and can also get face down card but brain control you must take a face up and pay 800 LP X)

but that card can be count as OMFG STRONG AS HELL card too Very Happy

and it could have been shorter like this:

agreed igry, it really too strong to be played in a game, probably become a forbidden card
