so ok^^ >magical princess from the toon world

card description:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned while you control "Toon World". You can Special Summon this monster from your hand (but Tributes are required if it is Level 5 or higher). This card cannot attack during the turn it is Summoned. This card cannot attack unless you pay 1000 Life Points. When "Toon World" is destroyed, destroy this card. If your opponent doesn't control a Toon Monster, this card can attack your opponent directly. If your opponent controls a face-up Toon Monster, you must select it as an attack target. as long as card stays active enemy will lose 500 points on every turn. this card cannot be effected by any trap cards.

read card's description its holly crap~ imba ~ it can attack you directly and its Immune to traps 4200 without any boosting cards aaaaaaaaa.. so yes 3 monster is a small sacrifice ^.^

imo it is quite balanced because u have to pay 1000 in order to summon toon world and u have to keep paying 1000 of ur own life if u want her to attack but u have to sacrifice 3 monsters to do that well basically this monster acts like exsodia wins the dual ^.^

oh btw, i am learning now how to edit\add more cards. there was no avaiable tools that i could find just the 1114 card edition and it is a none english one. a panish version ;\ but i am learning how they added those cards by using HeX editor so far so good but adding effects are my main problem now :s
