It's a great card, but it has some weaknesses;
First of all it requires 4(+1) monsters to summon it, + fusion gate or 2 polymerization. Secondly one of the materials (Black Luster Soldier) is usually useless in a dragon deck, so if you don't get the opportunity to fuse it, it's deadweight.
The hands down best way to summon this card is with future fusion or instant fusion. Use instant fusion to get it on the field, and then bring it back with an effect (preferably one that does not include some spell card that needs to stay on the field.)
I'll try to use it in a deck later and post a vid of how to make proper use of it, cause if you just go for the normal way, it's a bitch to summon.
