Well decks are based on strategy of the deck and there are always weaknesses in any deck you play with,
so there are not really a best deck..

This is true.
As a duelist, you could have many strategies to take out your opponent.
There are several categories that apply here.
1. HARD HITTERS
(Likes to summon monsters with high attack power to destroy opponents monsters.)
2. TRAP TYCOONS
(Likes to use traps and monster effects to empty the opponents field of monsters. These duelists like to win by repetitively attacking directly.)
3. NULLMENT NUTS
(These duelist fill their decks with cards that nullify the effect of all of their opponent's cards. They like to win by dueling with monsters alone on the field.)
4. REVIVAL RUNNERS
(These duelists fill their decks with high powered monsters that all require tributes. They also fill their decks with cards that discard cards to the graveyard, and cards that summon monsters to the field from the graveyard. In this way, they skip the tribute sequence, and they can also summon more than one monster per turn.)

These are the only ones I can think of off-hand.

you need a good deck play more and harder ... and you will have a better deck you can only improve by playing a lot there is no easy way
